About ME

Hello, I’m Leo.

I’m an athletic catcher that aspires to compete at the next level.

Catching is hard work, and I love everything about it. I embrace opportunities to overcome adversity, compete, and help my team win. I hope that my passion and work ethic are evident in my play and how I carry myself on and off the field.

Athletically I generate power and speed with my lower half, with fast hands at the plate, and a quick release behind it. I’ve started at catcher for my varsity team the past two years (no freshman season due to Covid), starting as a sophomore, in addition to starting at DB for our varsity football team each of the past three seasons.

Academically my goals and interests are aimed at earning a degree in the medical field or psychology, and perhaps go on to medical school.
